YOUR GUIDE

I first became interested in personal growth in 7th grade when I lost all my “friends” overnight. I ate lunch in the bathroom stall so that no one would see that I didn’t have friends. It was just me, my lunchbox, and my journal… annnnd the toilet. I remember reflecting in my journal: “why don’t people like me?”, “Do I like me?”, “What kind of person do I want to be?”. This is when I started DECIDING what my identity would be, rather than just letting circumstances & unintentional thoughts & behavior form my identity.

Although this experience sounds sad, I really love this part of my story, because this experience taught me how to have my own back & love myself at such a young age. I decided I wanted to be someone with high integrity and high self-worth. Throughout the next 10 years, I continued to forge my identity ON PURPOSE.

I cleaned up my diet, started weightlifting, worked on my inner dialogue & mindset, built my confidence, raised my standards & boundaries for the people & things I welcome into my life, became a Latin dancer, and soon realized that EVERYONE was interested to know my methods. They inquired about my discipline, my habits, my diet, my confidence, and my overall love for life.

Through teaching & enabling others to discover THEIR happiness, confidence, & love for life I realized that it was time to leave my engineering career behind so that I could become a full-time life, mindset, & confidence coach. I still consider myself an engineer, I’m just studying the science of a fulfilled life and helping people engineer their mindset, confidence, & happiness.
